The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) has been notified that a staff member in the Administration Office has been confirmed as a COVID-19 case. The staff member has been treated under isolation. She is now in stable condition.
The staff member concerned has no recent travel history and wore surgical masks when performing duties, and her body temperature was normal when undergoing temperature screening during work in the Administration Office.
HKADC has arranged thorough cleaning and sterilisation in the Administration Office according to guidelines provided by the Centre for Health Protection (CHP). The counter service of the Administration Office will be suspended until February 15 (Monday), and will resume normal on 16 February (Tuesday) with service hours from 10 am to 5 pm.
Please note that the application deadline for “Local, Overseas and Mainland Arts Administration Scholarships 2021” is 6 pm, 19 February 2021 (Friday). To reduce the risk of the spread of the novel coronavirus in the community, applicants are highly recommended to submit the above applications by email: [email protected]. Submission to HKADC Administration Office in person is not recommended.
Applications submitted by email or by post must be postmarked on or before the deadline. Late submission or submission via fax and digital means other than email will not be processed.
